The claim keeper

When a Normie is burned, the club's server checks the burn against the chain and proposes a new claim set here, with nobody having to press anything. It waits out a public delay before it counts, and during that delay the founder can stop it. This page shows what is waiting, and whether it is the set the club's own checks produced. Once it counts, the new yachts are on the claim page.
