Everyone's score goes back to zero when a season opens. Your division is set by the yachts you sail, and its title goes to the highest score in it. The Commodore's Cup is decided on turning up, so a member with one yacht can win it. Nothing here is bought, sold or traded.

Your Regatta Score = points earned this season × your presence. Points build on their own while you hold your yachts, so the score follows the fleet. Presence is the share of the days open to you that you logged a watch for. It is the whole of the Commodore's Cup. Log yours in the Marina.

Every mooring comes from a season: a title wins you Commodore's Pier or Gold Quay, and Harbour Row goes to the season's most present captains, the twelve who turned up most, which is the one measure that does not depend on the size of a fleet. Keeping one costs nothing and there is nothing to renew: as new winners arrive they take the place of the oldest. Moorings are never sold.
